I have severe acne for a 30 year old African American woman. I've tried pretty much every over the counter remedy and nothing seems to work. I went to a dermatologist and paid a significant amount of money to get no results. My best friend suggested I try an active cream and I know it can be very drying to the skin but I'll give it a try anyway. I have combination skin and acne tends to appear on my cheeks. It's only been a few days, but I've noticed a difference. I'll try to give an update on my progress in a week or two.
