So glad to know they still make the regular playpen (36" x 36"). When my son told me he was having a baby, the first thing I thought of was buying this playpen. I was so disappointed when my second granddaughter was born 12 years ago and I couldn't find a full size playpen. Having more than one pack and one game is the most important thing for new parents. This gives your little one peace of mind that they are safe and gives them a nice big play area when seated. This playpen says it can hold up to 30 pounds. but my son tested it with his 55 lb springer spaniel and he confirmed it. However, I wouldn't worry. When my kids were little, there was often a 4-5 year old kid in the playpen with his little brother. PS Of course I reminded my son to wash the rug before putting it on the baby when it arrives!
