It was weirdly packed but was soft once fluffed up. Problem is it doesn't look like advert pic. It fits like a normal grandma cardigan, not a nice oversized batwing like the image suggests. I even ordered a size up and it wasn't even past my hip bones let alone mid thigh like picture.
