First of all, I like the look of the headlights, which makes the truck look very nice. They were great for a while, though. Purchased August 3, 2020 - Installed on a 2011 Chevy Avalanche on August 12, 2020 In December 2020 I noticed that one of the low beam bulbs had already burned out. If you've got this year and model you know, changing a lightbulb is a slog - you have to remove almost the entire front bumper. I considered swapping both but decided to wait and see how long the other lamp would last. Well it is now February 15, 2021 and the other lightbulb is not working. I also noticed condensation inside. It's only been 6 months! I would expect better at this price - I paid over $250 I think. Now I have to switch the dance between bulbs and see if I have better luck, or since condensation is already forming I'll just swap them out entirely. I went from very pleasant to really dissatisfied. They're pretty but don't last long. (PS - low rating for easy installation is based on my truck model, not the product itself) +++++2/18/2021++++++Update - although the headlight did not fit as hoped, the sellers have contacted me and done it right. I didn't even consider getting a response when I wrote the review - I was just sharing my experience but I will definitely continue doing business with them based on the quality of customer service I received. Nothing is perfect, but it's nice to see people supporting not only their product, but their customers' experience as well. I have upgraded my overall experience to 4 stars based on customer service. Customer service alone gets 6 stars from me.
