Not smooth on the edges

The first 4 disks I engraved with the Cricut Maker were perfect. I make Christmas presents. The 5th started perfectly, then the manufacturer did not sew it and engraved it in one place. I thought it was a coincidence so I tried another one and it was the same. I started comparing slices and there is a small edge on the slices where it hasn't been sanded smooth so it's too big to roll through the maker. I tried sanding the edge and it started out fine, but I don't think I sanded it all the way through. I am very sad to say that I cannot buy again.

Pros

Please note that you don't need to tear off the protective film on the plastic round film beforehand, they are very clear, of course, without markings and jobs.
