Review on Laptop Cooling Computer Cooler Portable by Samuel Bowen

I have a 2015 MacBook Pro that is prone to overheating and is *very* slow. I suspect the thermal paste has evaporated from the chip, but I don't feel comfortable pulling this Mac. I've put the Mac's aluminum case on a block of ice to keep the temperature down and keep the Mac running smoothly, but it doesn't seem right to me to manually cool my laptop. It arrived today and after setting it up on my Macbook it stayed cooler than ever. I love that you can choose from 5 corners to support it and I can still put an ice pack under the fans for maximum cooling. Given the chip shortage in 2021, it makes a lot of sense to have an analog dial to set the fan speed, and you can still tweak the fan speed. The laptop cooling pad is quieter than my MacBook's fan and will likely be quieter than any other overheat. Notebook. I can connect my iPhone for data transfer via the USB port. As with any random internet device, trust the USB at your peril, but I didn't get any warnings and I was able to transfer photos from my phone to my computer. I give it 5 stars with the caveat that I haven't tested it for durability. If you need a laptop cooler at a reasonable price, choose this one.
