Pretty good chair. I only had one problem with it and that was the armrests. Whoever designed this chair didn't need to use armrests or recline heavily. When sitting in an office chair, I tend to lean all the way back and lean on the armrests to avoid sitting in one position for long periods of time. The problem with this chair is that when reclined, the armrests stay in their original position and are too far out to be used. So I rearranged the armrests on opposite sides so they reclined so I could use them when I was fully reclined.
