I have been working with cars and motorcycles for over 40 years. These Chinese belts are complete bullshit. I have a 110cc ATV engine that I am using in a project. The original suspension was cracked and did not work. The idea is simple: BUY A NEW HARNESS, PLUG IN AND GO! NO, NO AND NO! 1. Wiring harness, starter button does not work. Walked around and no spark. Found that CDI is bad. Replaced, no spark. It was cheap, so I immediately ordered another set. Installed the second set, turned the key and lit the starter buttons. Now I understand why the original suspension was cut out. After hours of frustration and headaches I tore the whole thing apart and went to the electrical schematic and made my own connections/harnesses. Engine started with spark on first try. THATS A WONDER! The connectors will break if pulled so be careful, SUPER CHEAP LOW QUALITY WIRING!
