This is not the highest quality in terms of equipment. The hinge pins fell out of 2 hinges and we had to put them back in. The hinges seem cheap and I can replace them. Overall, this is a good goal for our family. Our dog is an 8 year old beagle who could potentially jump over it or push him off, but given his age and general stupidity (she makes a wonderful pet but not very smart) she didn't get it. The goals are heavy, stand well and have an attractive style. Gray goes well with other furniture, decor, wall color, etc. If your dog is larger, younger, or smarter, this may not work. If cheap hinges annoy you, maybe look elsewhere.
