They seem useless. They used to be great but for some reason they last less than a week and nothing has changed. They turn the toilet water blue ONLY after 5 or 6 days of flushing and give it a nice scent before completely dissolving into clumps which I can see sitting in the toilet after flushing. Since these pieces will be washed off next time, this tablet was used up fairly quickly. When this first happened I assumed the 12 pack was chemically unsuitable so I bought another 12 pack. But no luck. Still just rubbish. By the way, we use city water and do not have a water softener. I would like an explanation and refund for two packs of 12 or perhaps a replacement to prevent this if other people have reported this.
