I love how easy it was to use! It's super simple, but also very powerful for business purposes like communicating with clients/customers or sharing files between different people in my team (or even just myself). The only thing that kinda gets annoying sometimes are some of their templates which you have no control over; they're not customizable at all so if your client doesn't want something specific within one template then there isn’t really anything we could do about this either unless our customer support manager has time available during office hours every day? That would be great though because those things happen from times when employees aren‘s working as much overtime due too many customers needing help etc..
