Review on 50S Style Petticoat Skirts By DRESSTELLS - Vintage Tutu & Retro Crinoline For Women by Gina Estevez

I bought this to go under a 50's-style dress that I'm wearing as part of my Alice in Wonderland costume. The skirt of the dress is cut quite generously, but I expected to see *some* difference with the crinoline under it. Nope. It looked just the same with and without. I returned this and bought a crinoline with four layers instead of two, and it actually looks like I'm wearing one. I also didn't like that the "poof" (such as it was) didn't start at the waist. That's just my opinion, though, and I know some reviewers prefer that look.I'm 4'11", 130 pounds, and ordered I a medium, which fit well.
