I bought Roseate Women's Slimming High Waist capri Pants along with Roseate Women's Body Shaper Waist Trainer Sweat Top Long Sleeve Shirt Weight Loss Shapewear. Both in size M. I'm 130lb 5'6" and just wanted to lose some extra water weight gained over the holidays. i'm slightly more bottom heavy than top. Both products create a sweat factor. The Medium pants are slightly loose whereas the medium top is too tight, especially in the arms and arm pit. Since i need to slim down upper arms, not lower arms, i trimmed the sleeves to the elbows so now i can actually get my arms in the top. I'm keeping both products, but wanted to advise potential purchasers on sizing issues.
