I have had problems with this company. The first, another model, quickly stopped working, after a month or less water stopped coming out of all jets. Then I ordered this one thinking it was from a different company as I didn't want to receive another piece of junk from the same company. However, when the box arrived, it was the same company. They sent a replacement for the first one ordered. This antimicrobial shower head wouldn't hold the hand shower and kept falling off, the washers and extension didn't seem to fit my shower bracket which was coming off the wall and twisted loosely causing the water to come out at a weird angle. I used and replaced the 1st spare to keep the hand shower from falling over. I then decided to use a rubber band to hold the shower head to the shower bracket coming off the wall to keep it from slipping off and shooting water at an angle. In short, three shower heads: 2 bought and 1 replaced by the same company. and with a rubber band, I finally have a shower head that I'm happy with. Would I order from them again, probably not. Was glad to get a person as I called customer service and quickly found a solution.
