Great price for lpc

Effective lpc if you take the time to set it up properly. The gripping width can't be too great, at about 50 feet this will grip slabs about a lane and a half wide across the road. Set your shutter speed at 1/2000 to 1/4000 depending on the ambient light, it will be a passable picture during the day and darkened at night until the plates roll by. Adjust zoom and focus when there is adequate lighting. It takes time, but for the price it does the job well.
