A few more tips: after refilling the filling stick, gently pull the balls towards the end of the straws so that the balls don't stretch. This will prevent some balloons from not filling. If you need these things, it will cost more. After about ten refills I started refilling the rod in about 10 minutes. This should help you understand how long it takes. I've only ever had balloons fill up when my container was a 5 gallon bucket. This is because it's a pretty cramped space. Even then, I COULD lose two balloons if I'm not careful.
