extendable, extendable good for kitchen and dining room

I like that the baskets are collapsible. They contain everything I need. Unfortunately it wobbles because the base basket slides across the top of my shelf (whether the legs are open or closed). The wire legs are so flimsy and curved that I can't attach anything (felt or anything) to them to hold the basket in place. Note the shelf above my head.
