Honestly I didn't think it would work - shocking ***IT WORKS!*** I suffer from chronic pain and severe tension headaches. I don't have the opportunity to do a daily massage. Even if I did, they might not work as well. I got it, looked at it and thought about it. no way! It doesn't look like anything. However, once I installed it on my yoga mat, I lay down and got into the right position. Wow! It hurt, but it was very, very good. He then magically rolled a strained "ball" out of my back. I was shocked and relieved. I had instant relief. There has never been an RX or massage that has done this. I only used it once and immediately felt better. I really need to use it again but those weeks of tension headaches seem to be gone. I've said that to a lot of other people I know.
