I bought this watch for my 5 year old. Wear it every day for 2 years now. He bathed in it, took it to the beach and swam many times and fell on it many times while learning to ride a bicycle. He's still perfect. I bought the pink one for myself and also used it for a few months until my 4 year old demanded it. It looks a bit big on her wrist but it works. And now she can tell the time and is approaching 15 minutes. I have tried several before for my watch loving boy. This is the best watch for learning and rough kids games (sandboxing, swimming, falling off the bike), the numbers don't wash off and both my kids learned to tell the time in a matter of days. nickel allergy; This watch hasn't given us any skin rashes (unlike most kids' watches and cheap adult watches). What I don't like: The choice of colors is very limited. Glow in the dark hands would be nice too.
