It’s easy to use and it helps you create your weekly schedule easily. You can also change schedules quickly if something changes or there is an issue that arises. Sometimes when I try to open my schedule for a new week, it has already been released for the current month so then it won't let me load another one. If this happens just close out of the program and relaunch. The interface isn't as user friendly as some other programs but its still easy enough to figure out what to do without having someone help you through everything. This works great for our department because we have multiple shifts each day plus overtime every night. We are able to quickly check who will be working where during which shift.
