I’ve stored so much out of season clothes and blankets away with these and upon first use, they work great! I had two XL bags packed with camping stuff (bedding for us and dogs), which saved so much space in the car. However, vacuum sealing the bags the second time proved not to be as easy, especially using the manual hand pump (since we obviously didn’t bring a vacuum camping with us). By the time we got home 7 hours later, the bags were fully inflated again. I thought maybe the hand pump hadn’t done it’s job or I didn’t screw the seal cap on tight enough, zip seal securely etc. I used the vacuum and assumed it would be fine. I saw the bags the next day and they were fully inflated again! I tried over and over and have since given up. The seals are closed right, they are not packed overly full, there are no holes or damages to the packaging. They just will NOT vacuum seal and stay that way. It’s really frustrating and making me think the other bags will be the same once I need to open them. Mostly kinda annoyed I spent money on something that only partially works…
