I wanted a rain cover in my work truck. I don't work on the road, but I do walk from the truck to work and back often. So I didn't want to spend too much. I am satisfied enough with this jacket for the money spent. The fit and finish of the materials are perfect for my needs. I ordered XXL. I'm 6'1" with broad shoulders/long arms and while not exactly skinny, I'm not chubby. the sleeves are surprisingly well fitted, if I had to criticize I'd say the length of the coat is a bit short for my liking, but it's perfectly serviceable. replace with the same if necessary.
