I've been using this battery for a month now and am very happy with this choice. This is my second Anker battery - the other was for a Samsung Note III smartphone and it's been great so far (only used it for a few days so that might change). Anker seems to have a more professional approach than most of the battery manufacturers available at Revain - they have customer support, good packaging, an 18 month warranty. All of this suggests that they support their product a lot more than others. And it deserves a higher price than nameless fakes. Before deciding to try Anker, I carefully researched all the other batteries available. There were too many discrepancies in the declared quality with others. Anker did not disappoint. If a 4 year old TOSHIBA OEM battery didn't last more than 1 hour (and Toshiba's battery utility started giving warnings about its condition) then Anker seems to last 2 hours - as does the OEM battery. 4 years ago (this laptop doesn't have long battery life but other than that it's an amazing laptop). Let's see how long this lasts. According to Anker, the battery is rated for at least 500 charge cycles, which is around 18 months. It probably won't last as long as an OEM battery, but it's definitely the best value of any option available.
