I bought these for running because "adult" straps are designed to be as comfortable as possible for taller men, so they're either not small enough for me or there's a thick plastic buckle that gets stuck between my biceps and ribs when I tighten the belt. Pros: - They work - Small enough to carry on your shoulder if you're wearing a size 2 women's shirt - Lights up everywhere so they're still visible when I turn the chunky plastic tip inside out - One charge is enough for one week (30 minutes work 3 times a week) Disadvantages: - The rough canvas material is not skin-friendly and the velcro part is even rougher. In the summer they will probably rub very hard. - No stretch so I stop often to adjust the tightness. - The light is much dimmer than adult Hulk sized armbands. a stack of books under an outlet to keep the ribbons from hanging around, and it didn't even come with a power adapter. Cheap, cheap, cheap! Bottom line: I wore them on my arms for a run and then switched to my ankles because they were so uncomfortable. These are currently lying around in the corner gathering dust because the buckled bracelets are more visible in a strange place when I pull them around my legs anyway.
