Very useful tool for ensuring availability and cost control
The ability to be able to predict future performance of my infrastructure is very helpful in making sure I have enough capacity available when needed, but not too much that it costs me money unnecessarily or causes issues with business operations if there are unexpected spikes. There's nothing bad about this product at all! It does what you expect from any good cloud provider - provide reliable services without breaking your budget (or causing other problems). We've been using their service since we started our own hosting operation 5 years ago now so they're pretty well entrenched already. They do offer free trials which can help ease some concerns around getting things set up correctly before committing fully as long-term contracts aren't required until after 30 days' use has passed by default.
