I've been using this product for a few months now and I still don't know how I'm doing. It is inconvenient to hold as there is an on/off switch. I love how my hair slides across the plates. I don't think it makes my very thick hair look as "thin" as I would like. My old Paul Mitchell made me feel like I had fine fair hair. Not this product.
