Diagnosed with mild sleep apnea, and told to sleep on my side. Normally a back sleeper, I needed something that would force me to stay on my side. Tried a number of slide sleep pillows, none of which worked. Finally tired this, which does. Wearing this, there's simply no way you're going to roll onto your back. There are downsides, though. There are multiple adjustments, and the directions are pretty useless. It may take a lot of fiddling around to find settings that work for you. (Hint: don't inflate the bladder too much.) It's pretty uncomfortable, and it took me a couple of weeks to get used to it and not have my sleep interrupted multiple times per night. And switching from one side to another is pretty awkward, as it getting in bed. But it's worth all that to not have to use a CPAP machine.
