For reference I have a 2013 Volvo XC60 T6 that uses D1S bulbs. Pros: 1. They are super bright. Bright enough that some cars think my high beam is on (so far I have 2. The light pattern is quite nice and crisp 3. They are very white with hints of blue (the most subtle hint) However, my Hikari H7 high beam LEDs are bluer (probably the same color temperature at 6000K *shrugs*) doesn't bother me as I don't use the high beams very often I can definitely tell where the chip is missing as it forms a snake eye pattern on the wall (hatched dead center, in a line) I'd rather rotate that Light bulb so the shaded line is horizontal and not vertical 2. You need to make sure you have enough room to accommodate the attached resistor/decoder and the wire connected to the bulb. I didn't mount mine on anything like i had in front enough room to slide it behind the high beam but not enough to keep it from rattling.3. One of my bulbs is already broken and the other is blinking. :( I just installed it a week ago.
