Don't even bother using the size chart when ordering these shoes. The only thing I can think of is that maybe her version of inches is like a magical unit for fae or something because it's definitely not a normal baby foot. I've spent hours researching the boots, reading reviews, measuring my child's foot multiple times, consulting these charts, and then carefully ordering to make sure it has some room to grow, and to be honest i would be surprised if i could get these boots for my first. years, not to mention my 4 year old. They need to reevaluate their measurements or be much clearer about what the actual length is (it should be the outside edges of the shoe itself, and even that's a stretch). This is absolutely NOT a child's foot, why would you specify a different length? It's totally useless. Either order a MUCH larger size or choose a different boot.
