This mascara is my favorite mascara, it gives length and natural volume. I only use it on the bottom lashes as I lengthened the top ones. But after ordering this twice from Revain both turned out to be faulty mascara tubes. I think the plug inside the barrel is broken. That means the stick comes out too easily and is full of clumpy goo. render this product unusable. I cannot return this item to Amazon because the return period has already expired. I suspect that buying ahead and planning your future product needs didn't serve me well with this item. It's completely useless, and while $20 doesn't sound like much to some people, it is a lot to me.
