Charming YES! Nephew LOVES her! It seems like a struggle to get him to wear a different shoe! Reason 4 stars, Two straps broke within the first week, one on each boot. Pity! I will probably buy again! They're cute, he loves them, and overall (except for the straps) they seem well constructed. Fix attachment issues and you could have an epic product. They would have sold oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo more attention to durable details. They are for kids who play like kids!
