I got this set a while ago and am just starting the review. I used to only wear makeup once in a while, but lately I've been using it a bit more. I liked the mascara in the set from the start. I found it doesn't run or smear even when I wear it to bed. Shimmer powder is fine as it doesn't stay in place very long when I use it. The lip gloss was an absolute disaster for me. I literally looked like a clown after wearing it to the dance and I was sweaty and I came out of the bathroom and it spread over my lips against my skin. Talk about shock. I tried again on a less humid day and with less activity near my house and it bled again. I removed it and only remembered it when I discovered it had spread all over my makeup bag. Pooh. I still use mascara and take a different one. I love it. I have sensitive eyes and this has never bothered me.
