These headlights are plastic, with a large rubber insert with mounting screw and wiring in the middle. They're actually pretty solid despite being plastic, and very easy to install - mount, ground to frame, connect to appropriate turn signal wire. limited in bright conditions but better than nothing! I used them as temporary taillights on a bike I was restoring while waiting for the stock lights to become available and although I've replaced them with stock lights I'm definitely adding them to my toolbox just in case. it, in turn, is the advantage of its size. All in all a good value, easy to install and fairly durable product.
