Love this little skirt. Worn to a music festival as part of a skirt, but can also be worn as a swim cape. Fits well and closely to the body. You can go a little higher if you want it to be more hidden, but if you like a sexy look, stick with your normal size. For context, I have a 28" waist and 35" hips.
