I use a cream with 40% urea and I really like it. When I saw 42% I was excited to see what difference I would see. Quick answer: a little. It's odorless, smooth and rich. To be honest I couldn't tell the difference between an orthopedic cream and this product. The prices are also comparable. I paid $25 for almost double the size at the podiatry office and that's about $15. Overall I'd say it's a good thing to try if you're skeptical.
