Okay so first things first. I purchased one of these early February and it came with a broken drawer handle. I requested a replacement encause honestly I usually have bad luck with having things shipped. I was initially upset about the situation and was reached out to by Justin from Rothwell. I explained what had happened and exchanged pictures showing what had happened. The second box came in and it was in great shape. The weight of the box and materials are very nice for the price point. One thing I LOVE is that the pillows do not move or shake around when the watches are in. The suede like material is very soft and the drawer is big enough to hold bracelets or watch tools. The customer service from them was amazing and they situated everything that had gone wrong swiftly.This watch box is nicer than I had expected. Do not hesitate to purchase this because not only is the watch box amazing but so is the customer service.
