I was looking for a large jewelry box that would have plenty of space for my jewelry. I originally had 5 small jewelry cases and just opened them up to find what I was looking for. I stumbled upon this box and fell in love with how it looked. I prefer a smooth, untextured/unpatterned box so I decided to give it a try. Pros: - I like the light gray color. It's a neutral color and I know my accent color preferences change over time. But neutral tones never go out of style. The outer shell is smooth and there are no weird "bubbles" on the fabric. Color and texture are the same everywhere. The inner fabric is nice and soft, not a flimsy velvet fabric that is easy to wash. Where the decorations sink is also not too chic. I have a few earrings and necklaces that I like to keep separate. I'm the kind of organizer who "needs to see everything in its place," so this box did the job for me. Lots of square compartments that are bigger than I thought. I have earrings ranging from studs to long earrings and they all fit with no problem. The compartments are fixed so you cannot change their size. Cons: - Not for me. :) - I would say if the block sizes were resizable it would be an added bonus for some people. For me that's not what I need. But something to note for those who may want to resize it from time to time to fit what they need. If you love fans and need a jewelry box with space, I would definitely recommend this box if it suits your needs. :)
