First of all the packaging is very pretty and the product arrived on time. I was glad to find this because eye creams tend to be very expensive and I was starting to get bags and dark circles. The reviews were great so I decided to give it a try. It didn't come with a pump but I used a cotton swab which was perfect as the cream is a bit thicker. It was so smooth it looked like silk. It gave me a slight chill and a very slight tingling sensation that made my eyes wake up. I definitely noticed a huge difference within a few days of using it. You don't need a ton of it, I just put a lot on hand in the picture to show the thickness. I highly recommend!
