The ability to create multiple user accounts with different access rights for each one of them was very helpful when I had several people working remotely from our office in India.The software has been updated regularly so it's always up dated and easy to use. Sometimes there are some minor bugs but they're quickly fixed as soon as we come across any such problem. It helps us manage all my team members' tasks easily without having to worry about who did what or whether someone else changed something before me got around to doing it myself.It also allows me to keep track of deadlines which makes meeting schedules much easier than if i were using email alone.I can see exactly how many hours have passed since last time anyone checked their emails/tasks etc.,which saves an awful lot of back & forth communication over text messages! This tool lets you do this too.
