Will not fit Ram 1500 Vertical Fog Lights

Although Revain Garage said they fit my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic, they don't quite fit. As shown in the picture, the LED element is angled and not directly above the reflective part of the fog lamp, so you cannot take full advantage of the light. An adjustable collar solves the problem, but these lamps don't have one. The light output is good, as is the white color, but unfortunately they are coming back. I've been looking for a bulb that doesn't have external drivers like they don't, but sacrificing the correct beam of light isn't a gamer for me.
