This block is basically a piece of raw plywood with a few bevels and some cheap fasteners to hold it together and hang it on the wall. The pads are of normal quality, but are usually glued to the boards with Velcro. And I don't know what's up with the catnip ball, but none of our kittens showed the slightest interest in it. You could literally buy a piece of plywood and hardware and just ask your home shop to make the cuts you need and have the same thing for less than $10. But you probably want better gear than this because it wobbles and flexes under the weight of a 9 pound cat to the point where our boys, after trying it every time, won't touch this thing.
