Initially I was really excited about these. They worked great and fit in our lunch boxes. They have always been washed by hand (never put in the dish washer- not the tops or bottoms). After about 3 weeks of use I have to really struggle to get them to close. Clipping the sides is a chore and I have to try a few times to get the lid in the right place. They are leak proof still but I hate the struggle to close them.Update: I figured out how to resolve the issue I was having. I ran a bit of oil between the seals and not more difficulty with shutting the box. I just have to remember to do eat before each use. Still 100% leak proof!
