Appears to be off 0.6V
What I see on the display is about 0.6V different from what I measured at the battery terminals. I'm not sure if there's a drop from the cigarette lighter plug, but it really shouldn't be. I'll try to measure it with a multimeter later when I get a chance - it's quite difficult to reach and feel, so it may be much later when I get to it.
