I like how easy it was to create my first survey using Form. My employees loved being able to see their progress as they filled out surveys! There were not many options available when designing our first survey but we have since improved this by adding more fields and customizing layouts. We are currently looking into expanding our program to include other areas of our organization such as marketing campaigns and customer service. A benefit would be if there were some way to track responses from different departments within our organization so that we could better understand which department has been most responsive towards each campaign/project. It's also helpful to know who has participated versus those who haven't completed the survey yet. This helps us determine what changes need to happen before launching new initiatives.
