I like that Rialto has a lot of options for different types of users, including non-technical people. The ability to use a variety of languages (including English) helps, too. It's easy enough for non-technical people to understand how to use it. The UI isn't as intuitive as some other tools out there. Some features are buried in menus or submenus. Also, you have to create your own dashboards. There are no pre-built ones available. This can be frustrating if you're not familiar with creating them yourself. We've been able to identify certain problems within our organization and solve them by using this tool.
