WORKS VERY LITTLE! - my new rating
I bought this for my teenage daughter and she has jeans size 0/1 (Skinny Hollister) and small tops but size 14/16 fits her. Likewise, the fabric is not soft but feels and looks more like a lightweight nylon. Overall I would not recommend it.
