Soothes my eyes

This is my second pair - the others were pretty good (not sure about brand but not this one) and I wanted a second pair. I have blue cat eyes so I can tell them apart, mainly because I only wear them for computer work. My eyes are so irritated since I'm working from home where I'm tied to a screen all day - at least in the office I've been able to meet people outside of my computer! We first tried blue light blocking lenses and found relief. They do the same but appear to have a light anti-reflective coating that almost seems to darken the crisp white screen. I have migraines so it's nice but it's NOT very noticeable and may be more to my imagination as the glasses soothe my eyes. Someone asked me if they "work" - well, I can't measure blue light or know much about it, but I can say with confidence that they soothe my eyes when I'm working, and I've found that , when I can take them off (if I use the headset for too long, I take it off to be comfortable on my head), after about half an hour the eyes feel it. And I'm starting to appreciate the blue cat eye frames. When I first put them on they felt tight or slightly uncomfortable, but that dissipated after a few minutes of wear - maybe I'm just not used to wearing glasses all day as I don't have corrective lenses . Anyway - good product - works well - cute!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
