One of my biggest questions before buying was will they hold up my bathroom mirror? The answer is yes. The mirror in my bathroom is 48" x 36" and relatively heavy (maybe 50 pounds). I didn't cut it, it wasn't big enough. I ended up drilling a 1/2" hole and it worked great. Silicone washers are very flimsy and REALLY tend to stick together but you should have 2 per rack. Bought 4 heavy duty 100lb anchors to hold them to stick into a drywall before going in with the base of each post.I used 4 total for my 48" x 36" mirror and they look and work great!
