I used to run a frozen yogurt and dessert company and made dozens of French macaroons every day. I would have loved to have had these containers at the time to keep in the back fridge during maturation, or set aside a large batch for pending orders, which would free up display fridge space. They're also incredibly space-efficient because they can be stacked, which I really liked. Some reviews have found them to be a little flimsy - I can understand their point but I understand you get what you pay for. They are intended for temporary storage and are not intended for permanent use. I've since sold my business to focus on my family, so I only bake macaroons for special occasions for very close relatives/friends. I've recently used them to store and ripen a large batch of pasta in the fridge and loved how they were airtight and held any French macaroons in place. To transport them to my friend's event, I placed the containers in a large ice box with an ice pack to keep them cool during transport. They arrived safe and sound and were very easy to remove from their containers when we placed them on the French Macaron display tower. I am very happy with this item and will be buying more so I can bake more French pasta for family gatherings as they really made the process easier for me.
