We recently ordered a new powerful flashlight and needed something that would charge the battery when it arrived. Didn't have much time to research and tried to narrow my selection down to items that ship via Prime so they arrive around the same time as the light. Luckily, Eastshine made it easy. I could spend hours looking for charger reviews on Amazon and elsewhere, and while we'd never heard of Eastshine before, it looked like a clear winner for our budget and needs. And so far we have not been disappointed. It feels well built, which is a far cry from the cheap chargers that often come with budget LED lights. The Lumintop TD16 we bought isn't an all-purpose flashlight, and we didn't want something cheap and versatile to charge the $12 batteries we use in it, let alone worry about what that is Could set house on fire if we can't control it. close. This charger has a weight that cheap ones don't have, as well as much faster charging times and useful features. We like how the readings show how charged the battery is. There were some strong competitors from Nitecore and other names we were already familiar with. But most cost at least twice as much, no doubt partly due to the markup in the name, but most could also charge four to six batteries at once, which we don't need, knowing we're unlikely to be charging more than one. for now. So that was the most attractive option, and it sounded just as good if not better than some of the names we were more familiar with, as even the most expensive names didn't have a perfect track record. If you need to charge multiple batteries at the same time, there may be better alternatives. With only charging one or two at a time, this is still the best value we've come across since purchasing it.
